We are seeking experienced Construction Management professionals to oversee major public sector and university projects. Positions include Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Inspectors with experience in Architectural, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical engineering and General Building Construction.
These positions require strong communication and reporting skills as well as outstanding leadership capabilities. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing construction projects, technical evaluations, advice and guidance, coordinating the work of numerous contractors, providing regular reporting to major clients and managing the change order process.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of successful construction project management experience in general building construction, office buildings, correctional facilities, schools, universities, hospitals/medical facilities. Candidates should also possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, architectural, engineering or construction management.
