DUTIES We are currently seeking candidates who are qualified for the position of Facilities and Administration Associate. The person who takes on this role will perform a variety of tasks including the daily courier run, mail processing, operation and maintenance of equipment, supply inventory for the department, and recycling and records retention. Additionally, the associate will assist with the processing of department invoices and perform basic building maintenance, grounds keeping, and snow removal. REQUIREMENTS Min Requirements
*High-school diploma and min of 1 (1) year of background in a related position
*Proficient use of Word and Ms excel
*Knowledge of facilities management
*Expertise to lift up to 50lbs. *Excellent oral, written and auditory communication abilities
*Strong people skills
