Job Description The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse Director position assumes twenty-four hour responsibility for planning and coordinating the clinical and managerial aspects for the assigned patient care area to assure quality patient care in accordance with the philosophy/goals/standards of the Surgical Services Division, Nursing Department and the hospital. The PACU Nurse Director supports the philosophy and standards of the Surgical Services Division and functions as a leader for the PACU nursing personnel. Bachelors Degree enrollment in accredited program. Masters Degree in Nursing/Nursing Administration preferred or commitment to attain degree. Minimum Experience
